Carolyn "Jo" Hoosier received her award for the 3rd Quarter Employee of the Quarter
If you've had the pleasure of meeting Jo Hoosier, you won't forget it. Not only is she a valuable resource for the EVS (Environmental Service) team, but she always brings a smile and joy to the room. Jo's relationship bulding within her assigned building(s) is model for the EVS and Operations teams, says Facilities Operations Director, Jerry Brain
Recently Jo and her area were chosen as the test location for a new grouping of chemicals for the EVS team. She took diligent notes and led valuable discussions about the pro's and con's. Ultimately the testing showed that EVS could reduce the number of chemicals stored and used by the EVS team. The reduction and evaluation process led by Jo, will save the campus money and make the university more sustainable in the future.
