Jonathan always goes above and beyond to make sure his assigned area is taken care of. He goes out of his way to make sure students, faculty, and staff have a clean and safe work area. He really cares about the needs of others. Jonathan is constantly asking who needs help and how he can help them. No matter where he is at he constantly makes sure the areas are well stocked with any materials needed to complete the job and reports any issues before they become a problem making sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. Jonathan has an amazing attitude. He goes out of his way to learn people's names and makes sure he says hello, just trying to brighten their day. Everyone is always commenting on the incredible job he does. Jonathan isn't shy about seeking new ways to complete the job. He is very self motivated and enjoys being helpful in any way possible. One of his main goals is not only completing the job but doing so as efficiently as possible. Jonathan doesn't create problems, he fixes them by maintaining constant communication with faculty and staff and being very proactive to their needs. Jonathan is very efficient. He doesn't waste time and in fact he stays ahead of schedule. By doing so we are able to make sure areas are covered due to staff shortages and everyone is still taken care of. Jonathan is always willing to help train a new employee or just lend a helping hand if someone is struggling. We all face issues in life and sometimes we just don't have a good day. That is when Jonathan shines the most by helping people stay on track and relieving some of their stress when they need help the most.
Not all superheroes can fly or run into a burning building. Sometimes those that help the most just have a kind word, a smile or they are just willing to take up the slack when you need it the most. Jonathan is the type of employee that we all wish we could be. The amazing thing is he just isn't amazing once in a while he is amazing everyday. He loves being a Mountaineer!!!!!
